Raffle Rules for Kansas – Raffle for Katherine Bernhardt Signed Lithograph
- Eligibility:
- In-person: Individuals who are 18 years or older and present at the A Match Made in Heaven Fundraising event are eligible to purchase tickets in-person.
- Online: Individuals may purchase online only if they are residents of Kansas or Missouri who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- JCCC Foundation employees and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) of the raffle organizers are not eligible to participate.
- Raffle Prize:
- One (1) prize – Katherine Bernhardt signed lithograph. The prize will be awarded as specified and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item.
- Ticket Sales:
- Tickets will be sold for $100 each.
- Tickets are available for purchase in-person by eligible persons at the event until the raffle, or for purchase online until 5:00 p.m. on May 9, 2025.
- There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
- Raffle Date & Location:
- The raffle will take place on May 10, 2025, at approximately 9:00 PM at the A Match Made in Heaven Fundraising event held at the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art, 12345 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS, 66210.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible ticket purchases.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all valid ticket entries.
- The raffle will be conducted by JCCC Foundation in a fair and transparent manner.
- Winner Notification:
- The winner will be announced at the event and if not present, notified by phone, email, or other contact information provided at the time of purchase.
- If the winner cannot be reached within 5 days of the drawing, a new winner may be selected.
- Claiming the Prize:
- The winner does not need to be present at the raffle to win.
- The winner must arrange to receive the prize within 30 days of notification. If the prize transfer has not been arranged within this period, a new winner may be selected.
- Ticket Sales Proceeds:
- All ticket sales proceeds will benefit the JCCC Foundation funds that support the Nerman Museum Operations, Visual Arts Education, and the Historic Fashion Collection in accordance with applicable Kansas laws and regulations.
- Legal Compliance:
- This raffle is conducted in compliance with the laws of the State of Kansas, including all applicable state regulations regarding charitable raffles.
- The raffle organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the raffle in accordance with Kansas law.
- Miscellaneous:
- The raffle organizers are not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries.
- By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations.
